NVB Leadership

Board of Directors

The Napa Valley Ballet Board of Directors is made up of 7 volunteer members (3 school interest/4 non-interest), who in tamdem with Artistic Director and with the advisement of the Parent Aedvisory Council, guide and direct the financial well-being of the school. Members serve a 2-year term and offer their talents and time, supporting the school's efforts and growth.

Robin Beach Robin's past experience includes educator for Napa Valley College as Childbirth Educator and Napa Unified School District as an elementary teacher and substitute teacher and a full time mother of 4 grown children. Robin’s daughter, Hannah has danced ballet for many years, culminating with a ballet scholarship at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City where she graduated with a degree in Ballet. 

Rita Han Rita has 3 children who attend the school. She has a background in business development. She was also a dance student for over 15 years and has a passion for the arts and being a part of the school's evolution.

Michele Lemieux Michele has an advanced level dancer at the school and is a smart and thoughtful representative for NVB. She with her husband Paul, are one of the founding families of the school. Michele served for over 4 years on our Parent Advisory Council.

Megan Mason Megan is one of the founding families of Napa Valley Ballet. She and Randy have a daughter who is an alumni of the school and who is currently attending a performing arts program back east. Megan served for over 4 years on the school's Parent Advisory Council

Randy Mason Randy owns Mason Cellars in downtown Napa and is one of the founding families of Napa Valley Ballet. His passion for the school has been expressed in endless hours and dedication to the aquisition and development of our very own dance studio that will open it's doors for our fall 2011 season. He has also formerly served as Financial Manager to the school for over 3 years and currently serves as Project Manager overseeing our new studio build out..

Parent Advisory Council

The Parent Advisory Council is made up of 3-5 volunteer parents, who with the leadership of the Board of Directors and in tamdem with the Artistic Director, guide and direct the enrollment, public relations and fundraising aspects of the school. Members serve a 2-year term and offer their valuable talents and time, keeping our school operational and enriching to our students.
