Teen / Adult Ballet

Our classes provide a technical progression toward dance proficiency that is the established method of formal training recognized by leading professional schools both here in the United States and abroad.  Classes at NVB build an excellent foundation for all dance forms and nurture a love of music and a joy of movement that benefit all students-those seeking dance as recreation as well as those studying for a professional career. We accept new students throughout the year.

In addition to Adult & Teen classes and beyond our youth cirriculumn, we offer MODERN DANCE classes, and on occasion, MASTER CLASSES and WORKSHOPS with special guest instructors. Teen Beginning Ballet

Teen Beginning Ballet is a class for older students still wishing to achieve careers in the field of dance or dance education or just enjoy the benefits of ballet training. Students in this class receive an extensive and thorough classical training and may ultimately reach the more advanced levels of pointe work and choreography.    

Dress Code: Any color cami or tank leotard, tights, ballet shoes.

Tuition: $150.00 per quarter (1 class per week),  $270 per quarter (2 classes per week)

Adult Ballet

Adult ballet is a non-performing class for students seeking ballet training to maintain flexibility, exercise, and to experience the joy of movement.

Dress Code: Any color cami or tank leotard, tights, ballet shoes.

Tuition: $150.00 Punch Card purchased in advance from instructor (10 classes) or $16 drop-in fee

Dress code for boys ALL LEVELS: white short or long-sleeve T-shirt, black tights or black shorts, white ankle socks, black ballet shoes. Attire may be purchased at Backstage Dance Wear on Pearl Street in Napa. For custom fitted pointe shoes we also recommend Contra Costa Ballet in Walnut Creek.
